Q: Are your classes open to everyone? Is there an educational attainment or age requirement?

A: Our public classes  are open to all. They are designed for working people regardless of educational attainment or age requirement. Please note, however, that the Certified HR Program has special requirements.

Q: What are the inclusions of your public seminars?

A: Aside from practical and insightful lessons that our trainers provide, our trainings include the ff:

a. Public Seminars:  include Certificate of Completion, Seminar Handout with Pen, AM & PM Snacks, Lunch and Drinks. An optional one-time refresher session may be taken within one (1) year from date of training for a minimal fee of Php560/day.

b. Public Webinars: conducted via Zoom and include e-Certificate of Completion and e-handout. If you need a printed certificate, you may request for a copy with minimal processing fee of Php100 plus shipping fee.

Q: How can I avail of the refresher course?

A: The one-time free refresher course must be taken within one year after your class date. A minimal fee of
Php560 per day will be charged to cover for your food and class materials. The free refresher course is non-transferable.

Q: What if I pre-enroll but cannot attend the class due to an emergency?

A: We usually run several schedules for our training programs. If you cannot attend on your booked date due to an emergency, you may reschedule to other dates within 60 days. Please inform us at least two (2) days before the class as much as possible.

Q: What are your mode of payment?

A: Currently, we only accept bank deposits, paypal, gcash, dragonpay and walk-in payments.

Q: My company requires Vendor accreditation, can you process this and for how long?

A: We can process this for your company within 24 working hours.

Q: Can I get a receipt even if submission of our BIR form 2307 is late?
A: As much as possible, we require the form to be submitted before issuing receipts. For extreme cases where your accounting department has a scheduled release for this, we may give special consideration on a case-to-case basis.
Q: Is there parking in the area?
A: Yes, paid parking is available in the building and surrounding parking lots. This is on a first come, first served basis.
Q: Where are you located? Any landmarks?

A: Our office is located at the suite 1503A West Tower, Tektite Bldg. (former PSE bldg). Exchange Road, Ortigas Center. 

Q: Do you conduct seminars in the province?
