Course Description

Clear boundaries and assertive, respectful communication are the foundation of a safe, high-performing team. In this session, leaders will learn simple, practical steps to set boundaries, speak up confidently, and foster a Culture where people feel safe sharing ideas, raising concerns, and asking questions without fear of retaliation.

Points of Discussion
  1. What boundaries look like in teams: When to say yes, no, and push pause in a healthy way especially when there is peer pressure.
  2. Assertive vs. passive, passive-aggressive, or aggressive: quick checks to communicate clearly and respectfully.
  3. Techniques for speaking up in a Filipino culture-oriented workplace.
  4. Creating and sustaining psychological safety through emotional regulation techniques.
