WHAT IS SPARK LEADERSHIP COACHING?
The SPARK Leadership Coaching program is a distinct coaching experience designed to help participants define their vision, plan of action to achieve results and ignite the spirit of effective leadership in their work and lives.

The SPARK Leadership Coaching program offers these options for you to choose from:

HOW LONG & FREQUENT IS YOUR COACHING PROGRAM?

The SPARK Leadership Coaching program runs for 6 or 12 sessions of 2-3 hours of online coaching with a dedicated SPARK Coach.  These coaching sessions are scheduled weekly, depending on the coach’s availability and needs of the coachee.

WHO WILL BE MY COACH?

You may choose from our Certified SPARK Leadership Coaches.  We may also recommend or assign one that is suitable for your background and industry.

WHAT WILL MY COACH DO?

Through your scheduled online coaching sessions, your SPARK Coach will guide you in defining targets and action points, unblocking barriers and achieving results while sparking your passion for self-leadership through exercises and thought-provoking questions, as well as, providing you with a good sounding board.  These sessions are designed to help you focus to achieve targets in a healthy and safe environment.  It will give you the necessary push to the right direction.

HOW MANY PERSONS CAN JOIN A COACHING SESSION?
Our coaching sessions are good for 1-3 pax only.
We conduct one-on-one sessions with a ratio of 1:1 coach to coachee.
We can also conduct group coaching sessions with a ratio of 1:3 coach to coachee max ratio.

Coaching Package Rates:
1-on-1 Starter Package:
6 sessions
Php36,000 +VAT
Group Starter Package:
6 sessions (max 3 pax)
Php60,000 +VAT
1-on-1 In-depth Package:
12 sessions
Php66,000 +VAT
Group In-Depth Package:
12 sessions (max 3 pax)
Php114,000 +VAT
Terms & Conditions
  1. An Initial 30-minute FREE consultation will be set to ensure coach-coachee fit.
  2. 50% down payment to be paid before the 1st session, 50% balance to be paid before the second half of the sessions.
  3. There is no refund policy for our coaching services due to the preliminary work and preparation that has already been done. 
  4. In the extreme case where the coach cannot continue the program or the coachee prefers to have another coach, a substitute coach may be provided.  A letter request with a valid reason must be submitted before arrangements will be done.
  5. Additional Sessions may be availed off at pro-rated rates and based on the availability of the coach.
  6. Coachees are allowed a maximum total of 2 session rescheduling only for 6 session package and a maximum total of 4 session rescheduling only for 12 session package.

    2.  Fill in and submit the Online Registration Form
      This will be the basis for your eCertificate.
