Terms and Conditions
- Price is VAT exclusive. Please add 12% VAT.
- Upon contract-signing, full payment must be made in advanced based on the service plan and contract duration.
- A Security Deposit equivalent to 1 month will be required. This is refundable, less damages or unpaid bills, if any, upon end of service.
- Additional charges may be billed for office support services such as photocopying, binding, postage, extra administration, scanning & email, etc.
- Please make your checks payable to Business Maker Academy, Inc.
- All bank payments may be deposited to: Account Name: Business Maker Academy, Inc. Account Numbers: BPI SA # 4013-0306-64 or BDO SA # 280-622-422.
- Late payment for Services fees and other charges will incur a 3% penalty charge. If Client fails to settle payment 15 days after the renewal start date, client service may be suspended. A Php1000 reinstatement fee will be charged to restart the service. Businessmaker Academy reserves the right to cancel, terminate and discard any pending mail or communication that may come without any notice or warning to delinquent clients.
- The schedule of operations for BOSS Virtual Office is: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am to 6:00pm. There will be no operations during Public Holidays, Christmas Break (10-14 working days) or special occasions.
- Client agrees to use the business address and virtual office service properly for legal and moral business purposes only. Businessmaker Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel the rental for inappropriate or conflicting purposes.
- Businessmaker Academy will not be held liable for any accidents, loss, illness, damage to persons or property that may arise as a result of the virtual office service.
